Our Group procures primary mineral raw materials such as iron ore and limestone from the country's finest mines. To fuel the smelting process, we import coke from renowned sources like China and Japan. As part of our commitment to innovation and cost-efficiency, we are actively planning the establishment of a Coke Oven Plant for in-house coke production.

Blast Furnaces: Engineering Precision

Our Blast Furnaces are meticulously designed to optimize mineral usage while minimizing costs. At our Blast Furnace site, we operate a 60 square meter Sinter Plant. This innovative facility recycles iron ore and coke fines, transforming them into Sinter Cakes, which serve as vital feed for our furnaces. This dual-purpose approach not only enhances iron recovery but also directly reduces production costs. Moreover, our Pulverized Coal Injection Plant is a testament to our cost-saving efforts, aiming to decrease the coke rate in our furnaces.
